Thai NS Solutions (Head Office: Bangkok, Managing Director: Kensuke Suzuki, hereinafter "ThaiNS"), a Thai subsidiary of NS Solutions Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director & President: Kazuhiko Tamaoki, hereinafter "NSSOL"), is pleased to announce that it has concluded a comprehensive business partnership agreement with G-Able Public Company Limited (Head Office: Bangkok, CEO: Dr. Chaiyuth Chunnahacha, hereinafter "G-Able"), a major system integrator in Thailand.

ThaiNS is based in Bangkok and Rayong Province with a workforce of over 180 people, it provides system integration services, mainly business application development mainly for Japanese manufacturing companies in Thailand (including Nippon Steel Corporation group companies).

G-Able is listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand and is a major Thai system integrator with sales of approximately 5.3 billion baht, approximately 1,500 employees, and over 1,000 customers. It provides IT infrastructure solutions and business applications such as cloud migration, IT security, and big data analysis to Thai local companies in the fields of finance, services, telecommunications and others.

The two companies will expand their businesses and strengthen their business bases by complementing and utilizing their different customer bases and solution capabilities. The details of the partnership are as follows.

1. Marketing for Japanese companies in Thailand
   • Providing G-Able's IT infrastructure services to Japanese companies
   • Increasing added value by incorporating G-Able solutions into ThaiNS services
2. Marketing for local Thai companies
   • Providing ThaiNS's business application services to local companies
3. Joint service development
   • Study of joint service development on digital platform business, including the possibility of utilizing NSSOL's own solutions to Thailand
