
On Wednesday, 28 May 2025, NSSOL Systems Indonesia (NSIDN) had successfully held its first seminar in 2025 alongside official technological partners and collaborators, Microsoft and Crayon. The seminar was held in Harris Suites fX Sudirman’s meeting room area as a live event, from 10.00 to 13.00 WIB. NSIDN’s first live seminar in 2025 highlighted data digitalization in businesses through enterprise resource planning system powered by the Microsoft Dynamics 365 software and its various features, as well as latest technological insights from Microsoft.
The speaker team was represented by NSIDN’s Technical Manager Michael Edison, Microsoft’s Azure Business Specialist Golan Hidayat and Crayon’s Channel Solutions architect Adham Hakim. The visitor’s side was comprised of representatives from NSIDN’s clients and non-clients, primarily IT experts and various business managers. During the event, NSIDN also brought along a team of IT consultants as company representatives and president director Yosuke Nakanishi was also present in the venue to offer an opening speech.
The seminar commenced with an opening speech by NSIDN’s president director Yosuke Nakanishi and followed by a sharing session by NSIDN’s Technical Manager Michael Edison. In his presentation, Mr. Michael highlighted NSIDN’s expertise in enterprise resource planning management (ERP) systems and how to do data digitalization through ERP to upscale business operations. He also outlined several benefits of ERP implementation, including possible business cost savings of 10 to 20%, reducing employee burnout by 15%, and gaining 162% increase in return on investment within 3 years. Afterwards, the seminar continued with various insights from Crayon’s Channel Solution Architect Mr. Adham about the newly polished Copilot AI feature within the Microsoft ecosystem, now available in various apps and softwares. The session was continued by a presentation from Microsoft’s Azure Solutions specialist Mr. Golan who introduced the audience to Microsoft Fabrics and its various features that can help to enhance business performance by extracting, compiling and analyzing data with the latest Artificial Intelligence-based technology. Eventually, the seminar concluded with an engaging interactive session between the speakers and audience, providing NSIDN, Microsoft and Crayon with various valuable insights into the participants’ current business needs and challenges that they were facing.
