I was one of the first people who has been with NSIDN since its conception in 2014 and the reason I decided to join was due to its plentiful amount of opportunity to be explored as a new business back then, where we were able to make our mark during the start. As a manager, I am currently responsible for managing our various projects, supporting our customers, and aiming to expand our services to presales support. Even after years of operating, our business is constantly growing alongside rapid technological development and adapting our business to the current technology and product is always a continuous process, which is a challenge on its own for me. Working in NSIDN is an appealing experience for me as well because of the said continuous learning process as we work together and innovativeness to move forward with brand-new technological advancements.

I joined NSIDN back in 2019 as a system engineer because I have a passion to work as a system engineer myself, and I’m a fan of Japanese culture in general which makes NSIDN an ideal place for me to work. I am currently involved Anaplan-related projects, where we collaborated with NSSOL Japan to implement the Anaplan business planning software within our retail company clients' environment. The implementation of Anaplan itself is a challenge for me, as this software is not yet widespread in our country, and we are aiming to achieve a new level of innovation together. Within my 5 years of working in NSIDN, I find our working environment to be very fun, collaborative, and open to discussions. The Japanese colleagues are also very helpful to our Indonesian members, and more importantly, I had the valuable experience of working abroad in Japan to directly got involved with our international-based environment.

As a graduate from ITB’s faculty of geodesy and geomatics, I was given a lot of opportunities to learn brand new skillsets and knowledge when I first joined NSIDN. As a fresh graduate who first interacted with NSIDN during my campus’ career event, NSIDN is proven to be very friendly towards their junior employees with the learning experience and being a multinational company means there are many opportunities for me to grow as my first workplace. Now, I am currently involved in the Anaplan project alongside NSSOL Japan, where I see this as a brand-new experience for me to further learn about our ever-growing business and to promote our brand-new innovations to the Indonesian market. Within my working period with NSIDN, I appreciate how fun and highly helpful the environment is to fresh graduates, because I am supported by my teammates. NSIDN being a multinational company means I can explore many possible collaborations for more international based projects, which would be a plus for my portfolio.
