Announcement of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Thai NS Solutions and CMC Global

Thai NS Solutions Co., Ltd. ("Thai NS"), headquartered in Bangkok and led by Managing Director Shinsuke Watanabe, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic collaboration with CMC Global, a leading IT company in Vietnam, headquartered in Hanoi and led by President Ho Thanh Tung ("CMC").

CMC is one of Vietnam's leading IT companies and has been actively expanding its global business presence not only in Vietnam but also in Japan, South Korea, the United States, Germany, Australia, and across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. In addition to its extensive expertise in enterprise application implementation such as ERP systems, which is one of Thai NS's core businesses, CMC possesses strong capabilities in deploying cutting-edge AI technologies, developed through advanced research and innovation, into customers' operational environments. Furthermore, CMC has earned a strong reputation as a high-quality offshore development partner, supported by its large pool of highly skilled Vietnamese engineers.

Thai NS has extensive experience in implementing ERP and MES solutions for Japanese manufacturing companies in Thailand.
